It is important to note that given the large expense associated with the Medical coverage, and the renewal pricing impact, it is not unusual for an Employer to lose site of the costs which are rolled-over with the other benefit plans, like Dental. We keep a close eye on this for you, and will bring it to your attention every year. Sometimes there will only be a nominal increase, or occasionally no increase at all. We usually look at that as an indicator where you may actually be paying too much.
