We are not all things to all people, but if you have fewer than 100 employees, we are right for you! Over the past 5 years, the majority of brokers our size have been rolled up into large private equity funded conglomerates, resulting in a refocusing of time and resources towards the larger revenue generating businesses. RPO Group has done the exact opposite. We are still here, and decided to direct all of our efforts towards making certain the “valued client base” of under 100 employees gets a high level of attention and advisory services….as it is this group that needs it most, and conversely values the true relationship we establish together.
